All clubs are requested to observe a minutes silence, for Remembrance prior to all their matches on this coming Saturday 13th November 2021.
In the FA Inter League Cup Almary Green Anglian Combination beat Northamptonshire Combination, 5-1, at Wroxham. There was a minutes silence before the match for Tony Dickerson our President, whose funeral is on Monday.
In the FA Inter League Cup Round 1, our representative side travelled to Birmingham AFA League on 5th October and came away with a very good 4-1 win.
The league representative side played the Amateur Football Combination on 30th Sep, at FDC.
Anglian Combination lost 3-2 to Cambridgeshire County League at FDC, on 24th Sep 2019, in the FA Inter League Cup.
Almary Green Anglian Combination played Spartan South Midlands League, at Wroxham. The lads did well, 0-0 at fulltime but tired in extra time and lost 4-1.
Almary Green Anglian Combination beat Thames Valley League, 3-2 aet in the FA Inter League Cup, on Saturday 12th Sep 2015, at Bungay.
Northampton Town League v Anglian Combination 3pm, on Sat 20th April, at Northampton Spencer FC.

At the SGM the following teams were voted in for the new season:

The league AGM was held on Monday 12th June 2017, at Easton College. The league name was changed to Hadley & Ottaway Anglian Combination, to include our new sponsor.

At the League AGM on 25th June 2012, the FA's rolling substitutes trial was rejected by the clubs. Four new clubs have joined Div 6, Earsham, Feltwell Utd, Harleston Town Res & Redgate Rangers.
The league AGM is on Monday, 7.30pm start, via Zoom. All clubs must inform the secretary of the name and email of their representative who is attending.

Congratulations to Norwich CEYMS on winning the Don Frost Cup.
Congratulations to Mulbarton Wanderers on winning the Don Frost Cup, 14th August 2017. After drawing 2-2 with Harleston Town, they won 9-8 on penalties. See match report below.
Congratulations to Mundford as they beat Waveney 2-0 to lift the Mummery Cup. The gate money for this match is going to the Blood Bikes charity.
Congratulations to Caister, Holt United and Easton Res, on winning their respective Offside Trust cup finals at FDC. All three finals were well contested and entertaining for the spectators.
The Almary Green Anglian Combination AGM was held on Monday 15th June 2015, 7.30pm at Open Academy, Norwich.
Congratulations to Gorleston Res for retaining the CS Morley Cup, beating Attleborough Town Res 3-0. Well done to both teams for providing an entertaining match, despite the wet conditions. Gorleston Res have also won Div 4 to complete the double.
The league are saddened to hear of the passing of Steve Boddy, who was a referee on this league. All clubs are requested to observe a minutes silence in his memory, before all matches tomorrow, 15th Sep.

Anglian Combination have achieved FA Charter Standard League status. Chris McCullough & Graham Jubb received the award from Jake Humphrey at the Norfolk FA Awards Evening on 5th September 2013.
Keith & Andrea Johnson's Funeral is this Friday, 21st December, 1pm at St Peter & St Paul Church Cromer, followed by private burial.
Family flowers only but donations if desired to Cromer Parish Church or East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Congratulations to UEA on beating Runton Utd 4-0 to complete a treble, along with Div 2 & Cyril Ballyn Cup.

In an entertaining match UEA beat Long Stratton 4-2 aet, to complete a league and cup double, having already won Div 1.
UEA beat Gt Yarmouth Town 5-4 on penalties, after the match finished at 2-2., in Norfolk Senior Cup Semi-Final. They now play Dereham Town in the final on 23rd March at Carrow Road.
It is with great sadness, that I have to inform you of the death of Peter Smith, our Ground Standards Officer, on Tuesday 21st January.
Although Peter had been ill recently, this was unexpected and is a shock to us all.

It is with great sadness, that I have to inform you of the death of Ray Kiddell OBE.

Well done to Michael Cossey for completing 35 years, as Easton FC secretary. Hopefully he will continue for many more year to come.
Congratulations to Mundford on winning the Cyril Ballyn Cup. They beat East Harling 1-0 at FDC, with a goal from Sam Last. The teams meet again in Norfolk Junior Cup final on 12th May.
Spixworth beat Harleston Town 2-0 in the deciding match, to win the Sterry Cup, Harleston are runners-up. Well done to both teams for providing an exciting end to the season.
Congratulations to Acle United on retaining the Sterry Cup, with a hat-trick of Premier Division titles. The only other club to achieve this feat was Wroxham in the 1980's.
At the AGM in 2014, the league name was changed to Almary Green Anglian Combination, to include our new sponsor. The league are very pleased to welcome Almary Green, providing support for the league and clubs.
It is with great sadness, that I have to inform you of the death of John Humby who had been Secretary of Beccles Town for many years.
John was also a Vice President of our league and served on our Management Committee for 23 years.
Sadly I have to inform you of the death of Don Hudson who had previously served on our league Management Committee for 12 years.
It is with great sadness, that I have to inform you of the death of Reg Hurst. Reg was a Vice-President of the league and had served on the Management Committeee from 1970 to 1981.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Reg's family, at this sad time.
The league absolutely support the Social Media Boycott and encourage all of our clubs and the wider football community to take the same stand. The abuse, discrimination and bullying levied at all people within the game must stop.
Congratulations to Londdon United on winning the Cyril Ballyn Cup, beating Heacham 3-1 after extra-time.
Having clinched the Division 5 South title last week, Gorleston Res completed a double, beating Gayton United 4-0 to win the CS Morley Cup.
Great Yarmouth Town are pleased to announce that they are hosting the England deaf team, for their last warm up game before they go to the European Championships. Please come along and support the event.

It is with great sadness that I have to inform you of the death of Keith Johnson and his wife Andrea.
Keith has been League Secretary since 1998 and will be sadly missed.
Our thoughts are with the family at this very difficult time.

It is with great sadness, that I have to inform you of the death of Ray Youngman. Ray had in the past been a Management Committee member for 20 years, including 4 years as Ground Standards Officer.
All clubs are requested to observe a minutes silence in memory of Aiden Lowe, before all matches on 16th Sep. His memorial service is on 25th Sep, 2pm, at St Benet's church Beccles.
In the Mummery Cup Final, Mulbarton Wanderers beat Acle United 2-1, in a close fought match. Daniel Foreman gave Acle the lead, but Ben Thompson equalised soon after. Dominic Doggett got the winner, near the end to seal the win for Mulbarton.
Sadly Brian Woodhouse passed away on 27th December 2011.

Sadly, Jim Harpley died on 26th February 2010 and his funeral is on Wednesday 10th March at 10.15am, at St Faith's Crematorium.
It is with great sadness, that I have to inform you of the death of Tony Dickerson, our League President.
After a long illness, Tony passed away peacefully in his sleep yesterday, 29th March, aged 77.
We thank Hadley & Ottaway, for their kind support for the league, as sponsor for several years up to 2020.
Congratulations to Wells Town who beat Reepham Town 2-1, in an entertaining match, with a goal from Joe Harrison and an own goal. Their keeper, Richard Bond was man of the match.
It is with great sadness, that I have to inform you of the death of Ian Bishop, our Treasurer and Vice Chairman.
Ian passed away peacefully in his sleep, early in the morning of 17th November 2013, after a long illness.
Congratulations to Harleston Town, Sterry Cup and Mummery Cup double winners and to all the other clubs below for their success this season.
It is with great sadness, that I have to inform you of the death of John Fox. John was a Life Member of the league and had served as Deputy Chairman from 1971 to 1998. He was also a Norfolk FA Council Life Member.
Unfortunely the Anglian Combination lost 3-2 away to Lincolnshire League at Sleaford in Round 1.
The Final will be 28th April 2012, Isle of Man v Jersey 3pm, at Douglas,Isle of Man.
Congratulations to Mattishall on winning Norfolk Senior Cup at Carrow Road. The match finished 1-1, with Jimmy Lovell scoring for Mattishall and they went on to beat Norwich United from the Ridgeons League, 5-4 on penalties.
