SOUTHERN DIVISION

Blaby & Whetstone Athletic shared the points with Aylestone Park 94 in a 2-2 draw. Elliott Putman and Josh MacCameron put 94 2-0 up at half time and it could have been a lot more as poor finishing and an outstanding display from Blabys’ keeper kept the score down. Blaby came out for the 2nd half looking like a different side and Alex Rhodes soon reduced the deficit. Blaby were awarded a free kick with 10 minutes to go. Jack Deacon lined the ball up some 30 yards out and hit a screamer that flew into the bottom corner. The final minutes were hectic with both sides pushing to find the winner and only a man of the match performance from the Blaby keeper kept the scores level. Birstall United had a 3-0 home win over Saffron Dynamo with Luke Higgins, Simeon Brant and an own goal being the scorers. Goals from Suraj Patel, Harry Preston, Sam Beaver and Josh Limbrick gave Lutterworth Athletic a 4-0 away win over GNG.
St Andrews got back to League action and had a 4-1 away win over Aylestone Park Boys. Brady Hickey, Eric Shipley, Shay Brennan and Ibrahima Jollah for the Andrews with an own goal being the Boys consolation.
