FA YOUTH CUP
The last remaining Leicestershire side in the competition, Oadby Town, went out 3-2 to Lincoln City, after leading 2-0 with 10 minutes to go.
NORTHERN DIVISION
In their longest trip of the season, Saffron Dynamo travelled to take on Borrowash Victoria and returned home pointless after a 9-2 defeat. Lewis Belgrave and Kyle Hollis both hit trebles with Josh Piggott (2) and Jack Warner also getting on the score sheet for the Vics. Jordan Clarke and Adam Gascoigne replying for the Dynamo. Coalville Town entertained near neighbours Ashby Ivanhoe and it was Ashby who gained the points in a 9-2 victory. Matty Furniss (5), Jack Hoult (3) and Luke Humphries bagging for the Ivanhoe with George Smith replying with both goals for the Ravens. Allexton & New Parks, still hold onto top spot, however, they dropped their first points of the season as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Gresley. Billy Clarke and an own goal for Allexton with Josh Dutton getting both for the Moatmen.
SOUTHERN DIVISION
Harborough Town were on their travels as they took on Aylestone Park and returned home with the points in a 3-0 victory. Sam Ball, James Maddison and Nathan Parekh Downes for Harborough. Leicester Nirvana had a 2-1 away win at Lutterworth Athletic with Jordan Nelson and Joel Odinkemere finding the net. Sam Green with the Athos reply. Thurmaston Magpies went top of the Division after a 6-1 home win over St Andrews V75. Dominic Ford (3), McCauley Kenny (2) and Riley Kerr for the Magpies with Antaeus Garratt with V75s’ consolation.
