Minutes of Meeting held on Monday 9th October 2023

Clubs Absent: Crossleys Res, Jacks House, Thornton CC AFC, Denholme Utd, St Columbas
Before the meeting started all present were asked to stand in a minutes silence in memory of young footballer who sadly lost his life last weekend.
President, Not in attendance sent his apologies, he told me he had been in contact with CMBC re the pitch markings, was told it was the marking stuff approve by the FA, hopefully the grass wont need cutting as often now so the markings should last longer
Secretary Report: Minutes of the meeting held 11th September 2023 were accepted. No matters arising.

Treasurer Report: - No treasurer at meeting and no report sent to the meeting.

Any clubs fined must within 7 days of notice of the fine, choose one of the five (5) options and let secretary know, if option one is your choice fine must be paid within 7 days.

Fixture Secretary Report: - Ok so far, reminded all clubs to contact their appointed ref asap with relevant details. WGS got problems again,

Registration Secretary : Nothing to report

Referees Report:- Only one game so far not had a referee.

FA Report:- It was decided that I send out to all Saturday and Sunday clubs in the HDFA a link with all the dates when and where referee courses are being held,if one person from each club did the course we would all benefit

Astley’s:- Game off last week due to grass being cut when ground too wet and tractor left unusually deeper tracks.

CMBC: - See above re pitch marking
