Etwall champions

With the the top 3 positions at stake the first round of games saw Old Sawley score an early goal against Etwall who then fought back to take a 2-1 lead and then Old Sawley equalised for a deserved draw. Meanwhile Heanor managed a narrow and late win over a spirited Burton. At this point Etwall were in pole position for the top but a chance still remained for Heanor with Old Sawley in contention for the second spot. All was decided in the second set of games with Etwall taking the title after a 1-0 win over Burton and Heanor taking second spot after a late equaliser for a 1-1 draw with Old Sawley.
In the final game Heanor gave an early warning to Etwall for the cup final with a 1-0 victory.
