As promised there is an end of season Extra Cup competition for the U17s and U18s.

As notified at the beginning of the season in the Youth League the top four teams will play each other for a second time in the League, with points carrying forward. All other teams begin playing in the group based Extra Cup, bearing in mind that League rules prevent Major Cup finalists from competing in the Extra Cup.

Extra Cup Format: Teams in each of four groups play each other once with three points for a win. The top team in each group goes forward to the semi-finals where they will be joined by one of the top four from the league. Should teams finish level on points in the Extra Cup the qualifiers will be decided in this order...
1. Winner of group game between those teams.
2. Goal difference.
3. Goals scored.
4. Play-off.

Group One: Gillway U17s, Stonydelph, Dosthill (providing they are not in Major Cup final)
Mar 29 Gillway 17s v Stonydelph

Group Two: Gillway U18s, Shobnall and the losing major Cup semi-finalists from Austrey/St Johns.
Group Three: Cottage Farm, Brownhills CC White and Elford
Group Four: Results of the SECOND top 4 league games between Amington, Belvedere, Solihull & Winshill will be used to determine which team plays in Extra Cup semis. The best-placed non Major Cup finalists will proceed.

Semi-Final: Winner Group 1 (Stonydelph) v Winner Group 4
Winner Group 3 (Cottage Farm) v Winner Group 2

Fixtures will be dropped in around remaining league and Major Cup games. Please note that this website does not allow for the creation of a group-based cup so group fixtures will appear as normal league fixtures and results recorded within this notice.
