Poulton FC celebrated their 50th year of membership of the League with a match against a League Representative XI in glorious sunshine.There were no goals in the first half but Poulton had a chance to to take the lead when they were awarded a penalty.Unfortunately for Poulton the kick was squandered and the League XI eventually went ahead with a goal from Bibury's Tom Montgomery in the 55th minute and wrapped the game up with a goal from Keith Mace of Kingshill Sports after 80 minutes.The match wasa played before a crowd in excess of 200 in a sporting but competative manner on an excellent playing surface which is a credit to Groundsman Jim Nunn.
