PUKKA PIES sponsored League Cup
Barrow Town put their League form behind them as they reached the semi final stage of the competition with a 4-1 victory over Lutterworth Athletic Academy. Tom Cockram gave the Academy the lead but Barrow hit back through a Bailey White tap in and further goals from Jake Wood, Lewis Sharpe and Roman Strong gave Barrow a well deserved victory. Gresley travelled to take on Coalville Town and progressed 4-3, in what can only be described as the turn a round of the season. Coalville went in at half time 3-0 to the good through Sam Moore (2) and Quentin Casey. After the half time interval, Gresley came out with their tails up, and through Callum Riddell (2), Ryan King and Zaki Evans progressed to the semis.
