LEAGUE CUP

GNG Elite Development booked their place in the Final with a 3-2 victory over Lutterworth Athletic thanks to goals from Shivang Odedra (2) and Lewis Gibbens with Paul Chisholm and Dan Cole replying for the Athos.

This seasons’ Final will be between GNG Elite Development and Harborough Town and will be held on Thursday 20th April 2017 at Aylestone Park FC.

NORTHERN DIVISION

Allexton & New Parks travelled to take on Ashby Ivanhoe and returned home with the points in a 4-1 victory which now leaves them 1 point behind current leaders, Mansfield Town, with a game to play. Jack Allen (3), which now takes him to the top of the goal scoring charts, and Daniel Higgins for the Park with Finley Kemp replying for Ashby. Loughborough Dynamo entertained Gresley and ran out 2-1 victors. Billy Snaith with both Dynamos’ goals and Nathan Birch for the Moatmen.

SOUTHERN DIVISION

A Ayuub Moalim strike was enough to see Leicester Nirvana defeat Allexton & New Parks Eagles, 1-0.
