MONDAY 25th APRIL 2016
NORTHERN DIVISION
Gresley maintained their title charge with a narrow 3-2 home victory over Anstey Nomads and now require just 3 points from their last 2 fixtures to earn themselves the title for the 2nd consectative season. Josh Dutton, James Hemmingway and Harry Hughes for the Moatmen with Ansteys’ replies coming from Oliver Smith and Harry Schofield. Ashby Ivanhoe and Borrowash Victoria treated the spectators to a goal fest as Ashby bagged the points in a 5-4 victory. George Clamp (2), Jack Hoult, Jack Lee and Jack Rowley bagging the Ivanhoes’ goals with Josh Piggott (2), Kyle Hollis and Oliver Williamson replying for the Vics’.

WEDNESDAY 27th APRIL 2016
NORTHERN DIVISION
Gresley sealed the Championship with a 3-0 home win over Ashby Ivanhoe with Josh Dutton (2) and Harry Hughes for the Moatmen. Mansfield Town travelled to take on Anstey Nomads knowing that they needed the 3 points to take the Runners Up spot. However, Anstey hadn’t read the script and goals from Jack Samples, Cameron Hardy and Rowan Powell saw them run out 3-0 victors thus handing the Runners Up spot to Allexton & New Parks.
SOUTHERN DIVISION
St Andrews V75 entertained Aylestone Park in both teams final match of the season and it was Aylestone who recorded a 3-0 win leaving V75 rooted to the bottom of the table without a point to their name. Will Paterson, Arjun Hundall and an own goal for the Park. The game between Harborough Town and Leicester Nirvana was abandoned after 67 minutes due to a frozen pitch. This game will now be played next Wednesday as its’ outcome has a bearing on the title.
