Tenth Lock 3 - 4 Pensnett United
This was a tight game with Tenth Lock well on top in the first half and they should have put the game beyond Pensnett by half time as they missed more chances than they converted and let Pensnett score twice with defensive errors their second with the last kick of the first half. Half Time 3 – 2 The second half saw Pensnett from the Premier league get back into the game but apart from 2 silly defensive errors that let Pensnett score and Tenth missing another couple of chances the bottom team in Division one could well have caused a cup upset but it was not to be.

Hadcroft Rovers 3 - 9 Bush Athletic
The runaway Premier Division and the most in form team in the league knew they were in a match for 45 minutes against Hadcroft Rovers with the teams trading goals 1 – 0, 1 – 1, 1 – 2, 2 – 2, 2 – 3, 3 – 3 up to half time. The second half was a different picture as Bush showed their experience scoring 6 without reply. Hadcrofts scorers were Julian Probyn, Damon Lewis and Chris Smith. Bushes goals came from 4 for Lee Chilton, and one each for Scott Foster, Dave Brown, Kieran Bennett, Lloyd Anderson & Jason Chilton.

Three Crowns 6 - 3 Halesowen Members
First half was a close game with both teams level at 1 – 1 at half time with goals from Kurtis Pritchard for Halesowen Members and Leon Chambers for Willenhall Three Crowns. Willenhall took control of the second half Stephan Davies got a hat trick Leon Chambers scored his second and Dale Davis completed the goals for Willenhall. Halesowen Members scorers in the second half were Lewis Jones Darrell Smith.

Forest Falcons 0 - 0 Dudley United
This was not a boring 0 – 0 draw but an end to end match with both teams creating excellent chance but not managing to convert their chances. A joint man of the match was awarded by Forest Falcons to Andy Reeson and James Woollams.

Britannia 3 - 4 Barley Mow Wanderers
Barley Mow went out the more aggressive and quickly scored 2 goals, as the half progressed Britannia got into the game and pulled one back just before half time. Half Time 1 – 2. Britannia then got a grip on the game early in the second half equalising and then taking the lead only to let all their hard work slip as they let Barley Mow score two in the last 10 minutes. No goal scorer names submitted
