Here are the forms for Mini Soccer teams who wish to join us for next season.
The League welcomes applications from U7's to U10's teams who wish to play at our mini soccer teams next season.
Our centres all have 3G pitches and are based in Stafford, Penkridge, Rugeley, Cannock and Hednesford.
