Club Secretaries please ensure you complete the form and return to the League Secretary, Janice Garner, by June 7th 2019.

The form must be returned to the League Secretary by June 7th to allow Janice to compile the paperwork ready for the AGM.
A partially completed form with Club Secretary, Teams by age group and manager details is better then no form.
Team registration fees are the same as 2018-2019 season.
Please ensure that the correct payment is also made or brought to the AGM.
Any outstanding fines MUST be paid prior to the AGM.
