Criteria for the opportunities

County Senior League or equivalent experience.
Ability to field a team capable of returned and competing at Step 7
Ability to develop the clubs home grown players
Show Passion and enthusiasm for the wider on-going clubs
Demonstrate a long term vision for adults at the club
Establish a positive social environment with the players and supporters.
