I can now confirm the details of the u7 and u9 Managers Meeting to be held on TUESDAY 8 OCTOBER the Venue is Arnold Town FC, Eagle Valley, Oxton Road, Arnold, NG5 8PS Parking available on site and there will be a licensed bar open

UNDER 7s
the meeting will commence at 730pm prompt and be finished by 830pm, the venue will open from 7pm, we will discuss the season so far and the format to be used from November onwards. ALL current u7 Clubs must be represented.

UNDER 9s
The u9 meeting will commence at the conclusion of the u7s meeting but not before 830pm, so we ask u9 managers not to arrive until 815pm (unless traveling with u7 manager)
We will discuss the format currently being used the positives and negatives (we need to also consider your feedback ready for next season u9 age group) we will then confirm the format to be used from November and also discuss the April format. ALL current u9 Clubs must be represented.

This is an official YEL meeting and every Club with an u7 or u9 team must be represented (non attendance is a fine) those Clubs with NO u7s or u9s do not need to attend but are welcome to do so.
One person can represent all the relevant teams but we would like to see the Team Managers at the meeting if available.

DIRECTIONS FROM NOTTINGHAM
Follow A60 (Mansfield Road) northbound out of the city.
Continue until you reach a roundabout, where the A60 splits with the A614.
Take the second exit onto the A614 Ollerton Road.
After 1 mile, turn right onto Oxton Road, and the entrance to the ground is immediately on your right hand side.
