COUNTY CUP
This seasons’ Final will be between Harborough Town and Oadby Town after both overcame stiff opposition in their respective Semi. Harborough Town had the long journey to take on Ashby Ivanhoe and booked their final place in winning 5-1. George Evans (2), Josh Bott, Sam Ashton and Nathan Parekh Downes for Harborough with Luke Norman grabbing Ashbys’ consolation. Oadby Town were also on their travels to take on St Andrews and won by the odd goal in a 3-2 victory. Sam Grouse (2) and Richard Brack for the Poachers with Jamie York grabbing both of the Andrews’ goals.
The Final is scheduled for Wednesday 10th February at Holmes Park.
NORTHERN DIVISION
Allexton & New Parks lost their unbeaten tag as they went down 2-1 away at Mansfield Town. Keaton Ward and Harry Bircumshaw for the Stags with Brandon Jarrett replying for Allexton. Coalville Town hosted Borrowash Victoria and it was the visitors who went away with the points as goals from Sacha Markelic, Kyle Hollis and Josh Piggott secured a 3-0 victory.
