Divisions 1-3...

Division 1:
The top two met and Putterills were three up on the hour mark through Pete Morrison (two) and Jim Anderson, the game looked all but over. With twenty minutes to play though, TC United staged a remarkable comeback. Lewis White slotted home after Terry Lock's free’kick was spilled by the goalkeeper and then Ricky Kyle got them to within one, scrambling the ball home on the goal-line. Jon Dunne latched on to a Lock pass and cooly converted to score a dramatic equaliser. Luke Brackenbury almost won it for them in the dying minutes but his rasping drive thundered back off the underside of the crossbar.

Marquis of Lorne gained advantage and leap-frogged both clubs after a 3-0 win over Odyssey. Tom Younger (two) and Jamie Campany netting.

AJS Tyres Broadhall met lowly FC Mallard and only have themselves to blame for allowing them to capture the three points. It was a surprise they only had Phil Stevens' wonderful header to show for their dominance early on, courtesy of a trademark great cross from Rob Stevenson after seven minutes. Mallard equalised after ten minutes and after a sustained spell of pressure, went in front. The equaliser came just before half-time and had a big slice of luck after Stevenson's shot rebounded off a defender and into the net. Despite Broadhall pressure, the sucker punch came twenty minutes from time when the winner came via a defected shot. Sam Dunn, Dave Hollands and Tony Webb scored the goals.

Bedwell Rangers went in front via a penalty on the hour-mark. Coopers United had to work hard to earn an equaliser which came when Matt Arlick found the bottom corner from the edge of the box. Danny Hillard then them in front after taking on two defenders and smashing the ball into the roof of the net. The game was put to bed when Ben Weldon tapped a Chris Chalat cross in from a yard out to make it six-in-six for the centre-half.

Division 2:
Dave Sell (two), Ollie Barnett, Marcus Morton and Steve Teale were on target as Chequers stayed top on goal difference with a 5-1 win over Hartham Press (Liam Mower).

Joel Mason bagged another four as Nirankari Timebridge saw off A1 Trophies 6-3. Terry Pateman and Rich Hall also netted. James Harrod (two) and Greg Bradbury replied.

Rileys Athletic beat Broadhall Athletic 3-0 thanks to Tom Bowgett, Myles Marshall and Callum Russell.

A fine start from Breachwood Lions saw Dan Jefferies score with an angled shot from Richard Taaffe's through-ball. The roles were reversed for the second with Taaffe netting this time before he added another from Ollie Mason's pass with a lob over the oncoming ‘keeper for a 3-0 half-time lead. Lewis Sealy’s header put Emperors Head back in it, but Taaffe completed his hat-trick for 4-1. He then turned provider for Mason to score before Jefferies’ second made it six.

Division 3:
ABC Taxis started the stronger and deservedly took the lead after fifteen minutes through Gary Henderson-Thynne, finishing from close range after a session of pinball in the box. They squandered a number of chances to extend the lead but The Old Post Office’s goalkeeper made a number of point-blank saves to keep them in the game. TOPO started the better in the second-half and were the more likely team to score and came close when Tom Robbins went one-on-one with the ‘keeper and missed by a couple of inches. However, ten minutes to from time, Darren O'Brien's rash challenge in the box on Theo Griffith left the referee with no doubt in awarding the penalty which Karl Rickaby slammed into the roof of the net to level the scores at 1-1. They nearly snatched the win late on but a fine save from Neal Watson saw him tip the ball over the bar.

Frank Neville Memorial Cup:
Old Barclayvians added to their 1-0 lead with a win on the day over Crooked Billet Boro. Joseph Marshall-Zeal and Josh Watson scored the goals, Dan Hartland replied.

MKS Carpentry won 4-3 on the day, but View Point Wanderers’ goals from Mike Coombes, Cameron Bridger and Steve Stapleton saw them win 5-4 overall.
