A mixture of Cup and League games were played this week.
Premier Division action saw Tommy Turners meet Gornal Baggeridge
Although it is early season the game proved to be a test for both teams with someone about to loose their 100% start to the season
Gornal proved to be the stronger team and maintain their unbeaten start in the league following a 4-1 victory
the first half saw the teams share a goal each as they went into the break at 1-1
It was Gornal who stepped it up a gear and added three second half goals to secure the win
Tom Guest and Mathew Lunn both scoring twice for Gornal with John Cowley replying for Turners

Pensnett United maintain their record with three wins from three games after a 2-0 win against Dudley Bush Old Boys
Sean Saunders picking up a goal in each half to ensure that United's win
Dudley FC look to have found their form and an 8-2 away win at Park Inn puts them amongst the front runners with three wins from four games

Division one action gave Spills Meadow a 9-0 result over Timbertree Richard Hawkins collected a hat-trick
further strikes from Wilson, Tredgit, Stanley and Guest Meadow were rarely troubled

The Butler Cup saw Netherton Sports ease to the second round as they demolished Broadstones Athletic 12-0
with the score 7-0 at halftime Sports were always assured of progressing and they continued to add more pressure to the Broadstones defence in the second half
Goal scorers for Sports were Kieran Snead (4), James Weston (3), Mike Hughes (2) with Walcott, Hayers and Freeman also on target
Coseley Jockey secured their passage into the second round with a 5-0 win over Harts Hill Laurel Sean Delaney picking up four second half goals for Jockey

In the Dalley Cup a tight game between Three Crowns and Greyhound Athletic went to extra time before Greyhound ran out 5-3 winners
Sam Greatrex bagging a hat-trick for Athletic, Webster, Moss and Weston on target for Crowns as normal time ended 3-3
Extra times goals from Lovatt and Ring putting Greyhound through

Wrens Nest United hit nine at Glass FC to win 9-3
Amongst the goals for Wrens Nest was David Meese, Harris, Scriven, and Turner
Replying for Glass was Needham Rooney and Rice

Also through to the next round are Oldbury Collier who beat Stambermill Stones 5-2 Bushwackers 9-1 winners at Saltwells Inn
Crown Netherton who Defeated Netherton Rovers 5-2 and The Gate who edged a 3-2 win over Servo Steels
