Lancashire F.A. Women's & Girl's Leagues County Re-structure

At the meeting held on Wednesday 7th January 2009, Clubs were informed that the L.F.A. Girls League would operate a County League and Under 16s division from the start of Season 2009/2010, with the possibility of an Under 18s division dependant upon interest.

The Under 16s division would run for one season only & terminate at the end of Season 2009/2010.

The outcome is that age divisions from Under 10s to Under 15s will no longer be administered by the County FA following the conclusion of the 2008/2009 season.
