Basingstoke Saturday League

Division One

It proved a well contested, eventful local derby between AFC Aldermaston Reserves and Tadley Calleva A at Barlows Park, but was marred by two being sent off, one from each side. The game ended in a 1-1 draw, but Aldermaston came very close to having their first win of the season. It was Aldermaston who took a 35th minute lead when Tommy James sent over a good ball, it was met by Kieran Hylton who beat defender Barry Stafford shot past Liam Belcher. Liam is normally an outfield player but had to play in goal with no keepers available..
