Referee Marks - As per league rules any mark under 51 must have a report submitted to the referee secretaries Allan & Lee. When reports non submitted - Mark will be defaulted to 75.

When reports are non submitted - Mark will be defaulted to 75. Any if a team is repeat offenders they will get pulled in front of the league - The reason for this is WRCFA can requests club marks of referees for promotions, without the league having any information for a low mark they will throw the mark out!!
