Billericay Baptist have won the inaugural Chelmsford & District League Cup with a 3-0 win over Central Baptist

The 2014 League Cup has been a great addition to the season. And the final was a great way to end arguably one of the most competitive seasons in recent memory. Whilst CGC and Danbury Mission battled it out for title, on the very next pitch Billericay Baptist and Central Baptist were competing for the new piece of silverware on offer. And the first name on the league cup trophy will be that of Billericay Baptist after two first half goals led Jim Clark's men on their way to securing a well deserved win. Despite a second half onslaught from Central Baptist, they couldn't find that elusive goal to get them back in it, and Billericay rounded off the match with a third to seal the domestic cup trophy.
