Information to become part of the FA Standard Charter

The FA Charter Standard programme supported by McDonald’s is a kitemark, which recognises and rewards high quality levels of provision in club and league football. The kitemark is awarded to clubs and leagues that are well run, sustainable, which place child protection, quality coaching and safety paramount.

Qualification: 1 person per team to hold an FA first aid certificate (courses can be found on http://eventspace.thefa.com/birminghamfa/participant/s.aspx?eventlen=55)

On completion of the application, clubs will receive
• a certificate and plaque,
• Marketing resources
• £100 worth of Nike Footballs.
• Each year on completion of their Annual Health Check they will receive 5 Nike Match footballs
Additional to the above, they will receive further benefits of
• Reduced cost on BCFA coach education courses
• FREE U17s, U19s, U21s and women’s England tickets
• Access to Funding
