Reminder about clubs affiliating to the FA.

Team Representatives/Managers/Coaches/Captains the deadline is coming that the league requires your affiliation numbers which are given to you upon accepted payment by the county FA.

Teams will not be able to enter if we have no affiliation numbers.

This is a matter of urgency.
