Barking Rangers 0-2 Liberty

Although there is a big difference between the team in terms of league positions this was by no means one way traffic as Barking Rangers traded punch for punch in an entertaining game. A disputed effort early in the first half did little to throw Rangers off their stride and they stuck to their task very well. After the break, as legs began to get weary, a corner was swung in to the near post and a second and decisive header buried itself to clinch the trophy for Liberty.
This clinched a superb league and divisional cup double and a big crowd saluted the efforts of both teams at the final whistle.
