Please note that the weekly deadline for registration of new players is 7pm on Fridays.

The player must be on the Whole Game System pending league approval by this time.
If you add a new player after Wednesday – please ensure you advise your age group rep.
Age group reps check the system on a regular basis but don’t get automated messages advising of pending approvals . Therefore, we cannot guarantee we’ll spot short notice requests in time for the weekend if you do not let us know that you have added a player.
