Alemite Athletic F.C. lift the trophy at the expnses of St Clere's F.C.

Once again a Mid-Essex League team were denied victory in the Saturday Essex Junior Cup when St Clere's F.C. were defeated 3-0 against a strong Alemite Athletic side from the Hertford and District League.

Billericay Town F.C.played host to the final and Alemite proved far too strong for the Mid-Essex side whose season has somewhat dropped away. At the mid season break St Clere's were chasing trophies on four fronts but sadly their season appears to be finishing trophyless
