Following great success at our tournament over the last few years and hosting over 130 teams
during last year’s tournament, from all over London, Kent, Surrey & Essex, St.Clere’s FC would like to
invite you to take part in this year’s Summer Football Tournament. This again promises to be one of
the biggest Summer Football Tournaments in Essex and we would love for you to be involved. The
venue is again at St.Clere’s School, Stanford-le-Hope. Essex SS17 0NW which most of you would
have experienced at last year’s tournament, with excellent facilities including car-parking,
refreshments and toilets within our pavilion complex.

Entry to the event will be strictly on a first come first served basis. The entry fee for each team
entering is still only £40. Up to 11 players 7-a-side & 13 players 9-a-side may be registered for
each team.

U7 Mixed 7-a-side and U11 Boys 9-a-side both on Grass
U13 Boys and Men’s both 7-a-side on 3G Astro-turf
Saturday 12th July PM
U9 Mixed 7-a-side and U11 Boys 9-a-side both on Grass
U16 Boys and Mens both 7-a-side on 3G Astro-turf
Sunday 13th July AM
U8 Mixed 7-a-side, U11Girls 7–a-side, U12 Boys 9-a-side all on Grass
U15 and U14 Boys both 7-a-side on 3G Astro-turf
Sunday 13th July PM
U10 Mixed 7-a-side, U12 Girls 7-a-side and U12 9-a-side all on Grass
U17/U18 Combined and Men’s all 7-a-side on 3G Astro-turf
Please note: U7 & U8’s will play a round-robin of friendly games all U7 and U8 players
will receive a medallion for taking part. The U9’s, 10’s, 11’s, 12’s, 13’s 14’s, 15’s, 16’s will run
on a league basis and then Knock outs with medals for both sets of finalists & a trophy for the
winner. U17’s / U18’s Combined and Men’s will only receive a winners’ trophy.
Age groups will apply as for 2013/2014 season (example current u10’s will be in the u10 group).
The closing date for entries is 6th July 2014. Please circulate among your managers. If you would like
to enter a team(s) please complete the attached form and return it to me as soon as possible to avoid
any disappointment.
