The league AGM was held on Monday 10th Jun 2019, see further details below.

League Constitution and Rules were agreed and all Officers and Management Committee were re-elected. Hadley & Ottaway are kindly continuing as sponsors for another season. Macron are also continuing as our matchball sponsor & equipment supplier. Each team received two free Macron matchballs at the meeting.
Season commences with Don Frost Cup Caister v UEA on Monday 12th Aug 2019, with league matches starting the next day. Following presentations were also awarded:
UEA - Senior Team of Month Apr/May
Gorleston Res - Junior Team of Month Apr/May
Bungay Town Res - Macron Sporting Award Apr/May
David Beecher (Waveney) - Secretary of the Year
Ben Green - Referee of the Year
Respect Awards, based on clubs discipline records for the season, for top five clubs, in priority order, each receiving a £100 cheque and framed certificate:
Tacolneston, Harleston Town, Reepham Town, Thorpe Village, Hindringham.
