There was a Special General Meeting, on Wednesday 20th May 2015, 7.30pm at Open Academy, Norwich, mainly to deal with two ballots.

The result of the 2 ballots were:
1. It was agreed to exclude Marlingford FC.
2. The following 5 teams were voted in to join the league for next season:
Cromer Town Res, Gorleston Res, Gt Yarmouth Town Res, Plumstead Rangers & Spixworth Res.
The new teams will be part of Div 5 North or Div 5 South, as Div 5 & 6 are being regionalised.
