Attached is the season 1819 club membership form for SRWFL.

This has also been circulated to all Club Secretaries in advance of the League AGM on 10th June.

The deadline for return is 15th July.

You also need to ensure that your County FA has you listed against the correct League and Division for your Affiliation so that the Whole Game System is correct.
