Match Postponement Form

To be used by all teams in the event of a match having to be postponed. Please complete in full and submit before 6pm on Match Day to your divisional fixture secretary.

All parties need to be informed as soon as is practical of any postponements. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a league fine and possible claim for expenses from appointed officials.
