(iv) Postponements: If for any reason a game is postponed, Clubs must give notice, without delay, to the Secretary of the opposing club, the match officials and the Fixtures secretary or else be fined £10. This notice shall be given by the postponing Club or in the case of a Referee/Grounds Person/Local Authority.
A MATCH POSTPONEMENT FORM must be completed and sent to the fixtures secretary within 14 days of the postponed fixture.
