PROCEDURE 2015-16

Pre-match Procedure: The opponents must be given the BLUE copy and the referee the PINK copy of the Match Report Form.
Match Report forms must be exchanged 30 minutes before kick off with the referee and the opponents simultaneously.
BOTH teams must take the WHITE copy of the Match Report Form away,photo copy or take a note of the details and send/email the original to SHARON WHELAN,TO BE RECEIVED WITHIN 2 DAYS of the match.
ONLY PLAYERS WHICH HAVE BEEN REGISTERED CORRECTLY, APPROVED BY THE REGISTRATIONS SECRETARY AND APPEAR ON THE TEAMS PLAYER LIST ON FULL TIME ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN ANY LEAGUE FIXTURE.
All managers/team administrators must also WITHIN 2 DAYS fully complete on full time their player statistics.
FINES WILL BE ISSUED TO CLUBS NOT FOLLOWING THE CORRECT PROCEDURES.
