The form to be used when returning club financial information to the League before the start of the season

Following the difficulties that have been experienced by clubs in meeting the League's requirements with regards to providing details of club accounts before the start of the season, the League has produced the attached pro forma. This is the form that is now to be used by all clubs in providing accounts to the League
