Lloyd Dowson to sponsor District League

The Scarborough & District Football League is pleased to announce that Lloyd Dowson are the new league sponsors, with the previous sponsorship having now lapsed. The League Management Committee and all the member Clubs are very grateful to Lloyd Dowson for their support. League Secretary John Orrah said "With our old agreement coming to an end after 24 years with The Scarborough News we needed to look for another sponsor. I think this is great for the League and having Lloyd Dowson on board is fantastic news as Lloyd Dowson are a great supporter of local sport and other organisations in the area. I hope this will be something that will continue for many years to come. We'd like to put on record the League's thanks to The Scarborough News for their continued support for the past 24 years"
