'A magnificent second half fightback from Worcester Raiders saw them lift the Worcester League Baylis Cup at St Georges lane last night. Raiders got off to the worst possible start when goalkeeper Mike Grainger allowed a harmless looking shot from the UOW's Ryan Mellor to go through his legs and roll into the net. Roared on by their raucous supporters, Mellor scored a brilliant solo goal to give the UOW a 2-0 half-time lead. Raiders hadn't turned up for the first half but Mike Jeffries pulled one back to give them renewed hope. Superbly marshalled at the back by Adam Higgins, Raiders gradually got on top and Ben Harbourne rifled home the equaliser. It was all one way traffic then and Josh Homans lobbed Daniel Rabbits in the UOW goal for what turned out to be the winner to complete a superb fightback and silence the shell-shocked UOW supporters.'
