If a postponement is required please contact the Fixtures Secretary, Opposition and Referee (if appointed) at the earliest opportunity.
Any Club requesting a postponement of a scheduled fixture should notify the League Fixtures Secretary, by email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 14 days before the scheduled fixture date (members rule 6).
Four Postponements will be permitted per team. If a team breaks a fixture, except as stated above, the Management Committee shall impose a fine of £10.
If a postponement is required due to conditions of the pitch before the day of the fixture or on the day, i.e. waterlogged/frozen pitch/snow please contact the Fixtures Secretary, Opposition and Referee (if appointed) at the earliest opportunity. If you do still receive the sms please respond P-P.
