Match Based Discipline Scheme

The new match based discipline scheme is mandatory for all adult leagues for the 2011/2012 season.
This attachement is the official guide and puts a lot of emphasis on Clubs reporting incidents to their County FA so the appropriate ban can be imposed automatically in most straight forward cases.
