The format and criteria for the Umbro Fair Play Award.

UMBRO are now our official Fair Play Award Partner and the team with the highest overall average score at the conclusion of each Centre's Autumn League programme will be presented with a set of UMBRO playing shirts, including a goalkeeping jersey.

The format and criteria which will be used for the UMBRO Fair Play award is detailed below:

- After each fixture, the referee will mark each team out of ten; this score will be based on Fair Play, respect towards team mates, your opposition, the referee and the game. A table will be produced at each County 5IVES Centre to allow teams to check their current rankings. These tables will be available to view on the this site and will be regularly updated

- If a team forfeits a match for any reason, they will be awarded a score of zero for this match. This will be included within the forfeited team?s average score

- The opposition of the forfeited team will not register a score and the forfeited match will not be included within their final average workings

- Teams must register a Fair Play score in a minimum of 8 matches to be eligible for the UMBRO Fair Play Award

- If any teams are tied for first place at the end of the league season, the team with the highest number of maximum 10s will be declared the winner

- If teams are still tied, the team with the better disciplinary record will be declared the winner. Disciplinary points are based on the number of blue and red cards recevied by a team. This is detailed in the County 5IVES competition rules

- If teams are still tied, the winner will be decided by the County 5IVES Management Group, who will take into account your teams punctuality, administration and general attitude throughout fixture evenings, this decision will be final

Once the winners at each Centre have been announced, they will have the opportunity to choose the colour of the kit they want. Each shirt will have the UMBRO County 5IVES Fair Play Winners logo on the sleeve. Fair Play Tables for all Centres will be regularly updated on Full-Time, County 5IVES administration site.
