For the first time this season the weather interfered with the fixtures with three GFA Cup games cancelled and will be played next week

There were no League Fixtures arranged because of the second round of the GFA Senior Amateur Cup

The Bristol Suburban League had five games against clubs from other Leagues winning three and Iosing two

Pride of place goes to Wessex Wanderers who travelled to Premier Combination leaders Olveston United and winning 2 0 with goals from Tom Trimble and Goitom Asfaw to earn an home tie against Almondsbury from the Gloucester County League in Round Three

Also in the hat for the draw are Redbridge, a through ball from Sam Preston gave Ed Searle the chance to put Redbridge a goal up after three minutes, from a 44th minute defensive corner Redbridge counter attacked with Sam Preston making it 2 0 at half time, early in the second half visitors Winterbourne United pulled a goal back and a strong defensive performance with Kai Wilson superb in goal earned the home club the win and an away tie at Hallen Reserves from the Premier Combination

St Aldhelms travelled to Gloucestershire County League side Rockleaze Rangers and lost 8 0 at Hillside Gardens

Toby Palmer and Ricardo Dos Santos were the Old Cothamians marksmen who lost by the odd goal in five at Bradley Stoke Town from the Premier Combination

Lawrence Weston Athletic travelled to Premier Combination Division One side Thornbury Town Reserves and earned a third round tie at home to St Nicholas courtesy of a 3 1 win

The Senior teams in the Senior Amateur Cup both lost, Fishponds OB's going down 3 1 at Hambrook and at Lockleaze St Vallier fell to a heavy defeat 6 0 against Shaftesbury Crusade

In a rearranged Premier Division League match Stoke Gifford United Reserves edged past Easton Cowboys 3 2, Ali Alfadhli scored both Cowboys goals

The four Somerset sides in the Senior Division rearranged games Henry May bagged a brace for Mendip Broadwalk Reserves who move four points clear at the top with a hard fought 2 1 win at Hartcliffe FC, Dan Hanson scored the Hartcliffe consolation goal from the penalty mark

At Norton Lane Hengrove Reserves moved into second place following a convincing 8 0 win over Parson Street OB's

Only one game was played in Division One and it was a eleven goal thriller at Somerdale as visitors AFC Bohemia beat Cosmos FC 6 5, Simon Boss-Johnson netted four times with Ivan Woodhouse and Sam Dodds also on target, Laurentiu Vasile, Claudia Precup, Harry Grammidge, Henry Colston and Max Nosko replying

Three games were played involving Divison Two teams in three different competitions

Rockleaze Rangers B beat Bitton A in the GFA Minor Cup and enter the draw with a 7 1 win

In the Norman Goulding Cup a single goal was enough for Old Georgians at Mendip Broadwalk A to go into the next round at FC Union Bristol

In the only League fixture Wessex Wanderers Reserves move into pole position beating FC Union Bristol 2 1 at Lockleaze, Harry Chappell was the Union marksmen

Three other teams in Division Three were involved in County Cup games, Bristol Phoenix Reserves lost 3 0 at Real St George Reserves in the GFA Minor Cup

In the Somerset Intermediate Cup Cutters Friday Reserves lost at home 5 2 to Bridgwater Wolves

Newcomers AJA Athletic picked up their first ever Bristol Suburban League win a convincing 9 4 home win in Division Four over Bristol Phoenix A, Greg Dickinson, Zac Mainstone, Jamie Lee and an own goal struck for Phoenix

AC Moose missed a chance of moving into second place losing 3 2 at home to fifth placed Wessex Wanderers Colts
