Praze-an-Beeble Reserves withdraw from Division 4 West

Due to the departure of the Reserve Team Manager and a number of reserve team players Praze-an-Beeble Reserves have withdrawn from Division 4 West with immediate effect. As a result of this withdrawal one team will receive a 'bye' in round two of the Percy Stephens Cup.
