Liskeard Athletic Reserves withdraw.

Liskeard Athletic Reserves have withdrawn from the East Division with immediate effect. As a result of this withdrawal only one club will be relegated from the East Division at the conclusion of the 2021-22 season and one club will receive a 'bye' in the cup competition.
