Full-Time Incoming SMS
We have received reports of O2 users being unable to send SMS messages to Full-Time.

Some O2 users appear to be struggling to send SMS messages to Full-Time. As far as we can tell, there is no problem with Full-Time, and once an incoming SMS is received by us, we are processing them, and the issue lies with a configuration change made by O2. We shall continue to monitor this, but it appears to be an issue which is outside of our control.
