It is with deepest sadness that we report the passing of our Wilnecote Wanderers U11 player Alfie Young, following his brave fight against a brain Tumour.

Alfie touched so many people during his brave fight and was an inspiration to us all.
We pass on our thoughts and prayers to his whole family and hope that the love and support shown to Alfie gives them strength and courage over the coming days.

If any team wishes to show their respect this weekend they do so with our full support. Tamworth FC today observed a minutes silence at their final home game against Hyde.
