Leam Rangers victors after a recent cup final with some of the Robertson lads in the team

Robertson Scaffolding FC have adopted Leam Rangers as one of their feeder clubs Leam have been a very successful junior team and many of their players are now ready to step up to the senior level . Leam play in the Durham County Lomax Training Services Under 18s League on a Saturday, and have won various trophies and appeared in many cup finals in recent years.

Robertsons have no less than seven players signed on who also play for Leam Rangers Under 18s. Steve Dean the manager obviously hopes they will turn out to be THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN.

The seven players play in various positions from The Goalkeeper Ryan Docherty who has had many outstanding performances between the sticks for Leam. In the Defence there is Luke Wright who has also played for the famous local team Wallsend Boys. In midfield there is the industrious Declan Tilson and the cultured Christie Elliott who has played for England Schoolboys as well as Wallsend Boys. On the wing or up front there is David Ridley though small in stature he has a big heart and bundles of skill he is definitely a player for the future. Upfront there is Stevie Stephenson who broke on the scene last season with the Robin Hood finishing up leading goal scorer in is first season with the club. There is also Aaron Todd who seems to have played at senior level for years its hard to believe he is still only 17, Toddy is primarily looked upon as a striker but in truth he is Mr Versatile in that he has already played in Goal, Defence, midfield and attack for Robertsons.

With players like this it certainly looks like Robertson Scaffolding will be scaling the heights.
