There were a number of strong candidates this month for the Robertson Scaffolding’s player of the month but Brian Johnson was the worthy overall winner for August, hopefully the following article will be appearing in the Shields Gazette.

Brian Johnson of Robertson Scaffolding from The South Shields A Division won their player of the Month Award for August; Johnson put in a number of impressive performances and scored 4 goals in 5 games playing in a central midfield role. Robertson Scaffolding are one of the leagues early pacesetters, finishing in top spot at the end of August and will be looking to build on this for the rest of the season in a division that is looking to be very competitive.
