MATCH REPORT 19/08/07

Two teams with high expectations for the new season in the B Division met with a young Robin Hood side running out worthy winners 2-1 against Riverside. The Robin took the lead midway through the first half with a good move clinically finished by Mark McShane. In the second half the former Riverside player Wayne Porter cut in to extend the lead with a cheeky lob over the keeper. The Riverside eventually did get a consolation goal through Danny Hurst from the penalty spot.
