Make sure your Club is aware when your not available as soon as possible to help them avoid unnecessary cancellations.

The last few weeks have seen a number of teams having to cancel fixtures being unable to raise a team due to weddings, stag weekends etc. leaving opposition clubs with no fixture and the cancelling team with a fine. All of which could have been avoided had players made the Club aware sooner.

With the exception of reserved cup dates all Clubs are entitled to two free dates a season by giving 28 days notice.

Help your Club avoid unnecessary fines by making sure they are aware when you are unavailable as soon as possible and if within the time limit requesting a free date.
