The FA Be Inspired fund is a female innovation fund which aims to increase female participation and increase the number of female role models in the game.
Oxfordshire FA have recognised the importance of female role models in grassroots football and have secured funding to support female coaches in completing an FA Level 1 Coaching Course and female young leaders in completing a Junior Football Leaders course.
